Premium tire maker Hankook Tire’s state of the art R&D Center, Hankook Technodome, has acquired ‘ISO/IEC 17025’ from A2LA(American Association for Laboratory Accreditation), acknowledged with the company’s own testing system.
‘ISO/IEC 17025’ is an international standard for laboratories or accreditation organizations that have been recognized by the International Standard Organization. Test reports from these laboratories can be globally acknowledged. Hankook Tire has now officially been recognized for its methodical test management system and established its own testing system at a global top-tier level.
Furthermore, Hankook Tire is striving to gain global recognition and product reliability by securing a globally credible testing laboratory. With the increasing competitiveness, the company is planning to expand the premium Original Equipment Tire Business.
